1 General Provisions & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Supersport and all users of its services ("Members"). By accessing Supersport's website, mobile app, or any associated platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Supersport is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform, operating under a license issued by the Curaçao eGaming authority. Please ensure that online betting is legally permitted in your area before using our services.

Important: Creating an account without reading or understanding these terms does not exempt you from responsibility — you cannot later claim you were unaware. If anything is unclear, please reach out to our support team.

2Account Registration & Management

To open an account with Supersport, the following conditions must be met:

  • All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
  • Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method are not permitted.
  • Members are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts.

A copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence may be required for identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Supersport accepts deposits and withdrawals in Bangladesh via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions must be made from a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name.

  • Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 5–30 minutes. However, it may take longer if KYC verification is incomplete or unusual activity is detected.
  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
  • Supersport does not charge any additional transaction fees, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

4Betting Rules

All bets on Supersport are placed at the member's own discretion. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a cash-out option is available.

  • Minimum Bet: ৳200 for most markets. Different limits may apply to certain special markets.
  • Maximum Bet: Varies by market and event. Supersport reserves the right to set limits on any bet.
  • Odds Changes: In live betting, odds may change up until the moment a bet is confirmed.
  • Cancelled Matches: If a match is cancelled, the original stake for that bet will be returned to the member's balance.
  • Incorrect Odds: Supersport reserves the right to void or adjust any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, contact us at support@supersport.im within 72 hours of settlement. Disputes raised after this period will not be accepted.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

Supersport offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms clearly stated alongside the offer.

  • Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. A specific wagering requirement must be met to qualify for this bonus.
  • Wagering Requirement: Bonus amounts generally require a wagering of 10–30x. This may vary for specific offers.
  • Bonus Expiry: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once that date has passed.
  • Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, VPNs, or coordinated betting will result in forfeiture of all bonuses.
  • Free Bets & Free Spins: Winnings from these cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirements must be met first.

Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its terms and conditions. No complaints will be accepted on the basis of not having read the bonus terms after claiming.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Supersport and will result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

  • Involvement in match-fixing or sports manipulation.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
  • Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.
  • Placing bets or making transactions using funds from illegal sources.
  • Deliberately exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform.
  • Attempting to access another member's account.
  • Creating an account using false or misleading information.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Supersport reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice. Accounts are typically closed when:

  • Any violation of the Terms and Conditions.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
  • There is an issue with KYC document verification.
  • The member has submitted a request to close their own account.
  • The account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

8Responsible Gaming Policy
